Called Legacy Plumbing in to fix a broken tub drain. They were quick to respond via the estimates request system here. I was able to setup an appointment quickly. Their office staff was very accommodating, answered all my questions.
They arrived on time and gave plenty of notice before coming.
The plumber explained the work, checked a couple other things and finished quickly. He made a couple suggestions for work we may need done in the future but wasn't pushy at all.
All in all would call them again for additional work or would suggest to others. Great company.

I called my go-to plumbing company but they told me they were booked seven days out.  So, I found Augerpros.  They answered the phone right away and had me on their schedule first thing next morning.  They were on time, polite and explained the pricing.  He fixed my shower and sink with no issues.  In and out in 40 minutes.   Due to their responsiveness, I will be using them from now on.

I had some hose bib issues (created by ME!) and Tanner came out on time as scheduled. He solved the issues and was professional - efficient - informative.  These guys are now my go-to plumbing company!

Joe Kronenwetter came out and inspected our hvac unit. We knew it needed cleaning, but we didn't know about all the little preventative measures we could take to prevent hefty cleaning bills in the future. He was friendly and informative and I'm happy to add rescue air to our growing list of vendors for home needs.

I had an issue with a hot water heater on a Friday night and Matt called me back right away.  He walked me through a few steps to take/troubleshooting and really helped me out.  I would recommend him to anyone with a plumbing issue.  Very helpful!

We had a hair clog in one of our sinks. I called Schrader whom I've used before. Just like the last time they responded right away. I called late afternoon and they came next morning. The problem was fixed in a matter of minutes. The technician was friendly and experienced. I will call them again if I have another issue.

Chad came out and gave us a quote for sewer line repair and replacement.  Externalizing all the sewer lines from under our slab to outside it.  His quote was reasonable.  His workers were great.  Everything was done on time and on budget.  They did amazing.  All work was able to be done outside.  No trenching through the house.  We have been recommending accurate leak and line to all our neighbors who ask us who did our work.  All the cast iron sewer pipes in the neighborhood are the same age and all slowly failing.  

Highly recommended.  Of all the contractors for various projects, we have had to work with in the last 3 years Chad and his crew were the best.

I had a leak at my water meter. The city of Dallas dragged their feet to come look at it. Once they finally did it was determined that it was on my side. Of course they came on a Saturday and made the leak worse than it was. I had to scramble to find a plumber to fix the leak because I was heading out of town on Sunday. Professor Plumb saved the day. He was great. Showed up on time on A Sunday! Gave me my quote right when he arrived and was done within a couple of hours. I was able to leave for my trip on time. So grateful!

Jason and his son came to my home this evening to diagnose my plumbing issues and unfortunately I need a major repair. While I have not used this company for the repair just yet...I wanted to leave a note to thank him for squeezing me in today and for his time! They responded to my initial quote and came ready to get us taken care of!

The plumber was on time and courteous. He explained what needed to be done and gave me an estimate. He got right to work and fixed my leaky pipe. The pricing was fair and they answered my call and completed the work quickly. I highly recommend this company!

To clarify, Tracy Morgan called in the request for us. She paid the $225, had one unsuccessful visit and could not receive any communication afterward despite multiple calls. We have gotten the work done with another contractor.

These guys are great. We had a drain clogged that was causing a backup in our utility closet where our A/C units are. This was causing problems with our A/C. Jeremy Wilkerson came out late one night to try and fix the problem. Despite multiple attempts he could not fix it. It was getting very late so we agreed it would be best to come back during the day. He came back and fixed the problem. He has a great attitude and knows his stuff. We will call him anytime we need a plumber. Give these guys a call. The are the best in the business. Thanks Jeremy! Stan, the owner, came out and installed a replacement Garbage Disposal. Great Service, Quick and Good Price. Rely On is my new go to Plumber. Wife is very happy with the work and that is who you need to make Happy.
